An incredible evening of song in the magnificent settings of Llandaff Cathedral was a treat for the capacity audience, raising money for the cancer support charity, Maggie’s Cardiff. Combined with the exceptional talents of Howells School Preparatory Competition Choir, this was a memorable occasion by any standards. If you couldn’t get a ticket, then you can enjoy the entire concert, expertly filmed by the Llandaff Cathedral team, via the following link: https://llandaffcathedral.online/maggies-cancer-concert.

What a fantastic evening of friendship and music as the choir entertained customers at Harry’s Bar on Westgate in Cowbridge, followed by the Duke Of Wellington pub which does so much to support the activities of the choir. Around 25 choristers, accompanied by several partners and other supporters attended what was a genuinely feel-good event. A collection at Harry’s bar collected funds in support of the MIND charity.

It was an immensely uplifting experience to once again perform a Christmas Concert at Holy Cross Church in Cowbridge after a break of 3 years due to Covid. Wonderful songs, brilliant solo performers from Cowbridge Comprehensive (Annie, Amelia and Rhianna) and a capacity audience combined to produce a magnificent evening. Over £3,000 was raised for Holy Cross charities – a magnificent sum.
